I think you should upgrade to 12 as there will probably be no support for previous versions any more mate, good luck with your productions. With version 12 all this went away and it is making me think could this have been a deliberate programming in PT 11.3 patch because 11 and 11.2 itself was flawless, i am reading many similar stories online of software not performing as well with latest updates prior to a new release to get people to buy it. I can assure you after making the upgrade to PT 12 on Win 10 i have had 50% less problems than version 11.3, for example sometimes the audio would just mute, i would get CPU overload errors when the resource manager showed 25% usage. The good news is that I restored my PC back to Windows 7 and am no longer having audio problems. Or, there is something wrong with my USB ports. ![]() I have a sneaky feeling that Windows 10 doesn't like to do streaming audio this way. I don't have a soundcard installed - I am using my mbox as a playback device (then through studio monitor speakers or headphones). Even stranger, programs that use streaming audio (like YouTube or iTunes) stop working completely and lock up. The program works great for a while, and then after a few hours, the entire sound on my PC goes out. I had a terrible time running Pro Tools Express 10.3.4 on Windows 10. NEVER upgrade a production system without a proper backup and rollback strategy, and even then NEVER in the middle of a project or pending project. In the mean time let those of us that have test systems play around with it for a while and report back issues of success stories. I think the best option would be to first contact Amazon Workspaces support to see if they have checked compatibility with Windows 11 with the latest version of their software.
